We understand that life doesn’t always go according to plan and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. Please read our cancellation policy carefully prior to booking.

Time is a valuable thing, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask you to contact us as soon as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ are a lost opportunity for another client who may require it. A fee applies to any appointment that is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Fees as follows:

- All clients who give more than 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling incur NO fee.

- All clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.

- All clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior communication will be considered a ‘no show’ and the FULL cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged.

If you are LATE to your appointment and we are unable to provide the full duration of your treatment time, the full cost of the appointment is still required.

We will try our best to fill your vacant time slot and if successful you will NOT be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.

If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and due within 7 days of the invoice date.
